Our 360 Leadership Competency Assessment Tool (LCAT) focues on 20 specific competencies that are critical for effective leadership. Our LCAT not only provides insights into how well a person PERFORMS in each competency, but it also considers how IMPORTANT each competency is for that person's current role. This resulting report suggests "Training Priorities" that are specific for the person who is being assessed relative to the role that they currently have. Each assessment includes a live 30 minute coaching session to discuss the report and strategies to address training priorities.
