This is a standalone service that is an excellent way to assess the strength and likely effectiveness of your current plan against multiple "potential futures."

Typically, we facilitate this in a workshop where the client's team is directly involved in Force Field Analysis and Scenario Planning to develop a deliverable that serves to show any weaknesses of the current strategic plan. 

This is a standalone service that provides an effective way of increasing awareness of external factors that may impact the strategic plan and the overall competitive position of the client company.

In most cases, this is facilitated in a workshop where we teach the process and provide templates for the client to use. This is ideal because this should become an ongoing part of the Strategic Plan maintenance process for the client.

For an additional fee, this can be done by our firm. 

This is a standalone service designed to help the client create, update, or stregthen these critical elements of the Strategic Plan.
